I can’t recommend Paul Antony enough, great customer service and personable touch. I’ve happily recommended many of my friends and family over the years. I’ve been a happy customer since 2017 buying several beds and always dealt with Paul. Paul is very knowledgable and his many years experience shines through. He’s friendly and really helped to advise on suitable options for our recent super king size bed and mattress that best answered our needs. The delivery team are considerate and efficient, put my mind at ease with the large mattress going up the stairs.
Paul was very helpful in our choice of bed options. We decided to go for a storage bed. We also bought a head board as he did us a great price.On the day of delivery the delivery men called and arrived promptly. They took the bed upstairs and were very careful not to damage the walls and frames. All in all a 5 star service from start to finish.I will definitely make my next bed purchase there. Popped into Paul Anthony beds today to have a look at their products, staff very welcoming, polite and very knowledgeable regarding their products. Nothing was too much to ask. Been a customer since 2009 purchasing beds and mattresses. The girls here are very friendly and completely knowledgeable about their products. We tried a few mattresses as we wanted a firm but comfortable one. Kaylie gave us advice so we were able to make an informed choice. Not only was it a great price but we get it delivered tomorrow.
I've had 2 beds from here now. I loved the first one but eventually wanted a superking bed. The staff went out of their way to source me the same mattress in a bigger size. I can understand why my friend recommended me to go to Comfort & Style beds & furniture based in the Albert Square Shopping Centre in Widnes to me as I've been looking where to go for a very good quality mattress for my double bed, I am glad to say she wasn't wrong by referring them to me. Initially I phoned the store by telephone and spoke to a gentleman named Sean, from the outset he was very polite and helpful giving me directions on how best to drive to them and also advising me of the Free car park situated immediately to the rear of their shop, which is a great help to anyone needing help in this regard because getting to anywhere by the quickest route and where to park is vital especially at the weekend. I wasn't disappointed at all, as soon as I went into the shop, Sean came to my assistance, he even gave me a pillow to try out the matresses on several beds based on the information I'd given to him on how firm I prefer a mattress to lay on to get a really good night's sleep on.. After trying out at least up to a dozen mattresses on a wonderful range of high quality beds within the store I chose the one I preffered, at an absolutely amazing price at a very competitive price, and it fantastic to learn my new mattress will be delivered Free of charge,cand will only cost me £10.00 for my old mattress to be taken away to be recycled. Just like my friend whom referred me to them, I too, highly recommend Comfort & Style beds & furniture to anyone in need of very high quality beds, matresses, or furniture go and give them a try yourself. In closing, I would like to give Sean a great big 'Thank You' for all of your help and assistance in my search for a very high quality mattress at a very good and reasonable cost, and above all without the typical high pressure sales talk I've experienced elsewhere over the years.
I bought a duvan bed, headboard and two mattresses which got delivered yesterday. The delivery drivers were so helpful, they took the whole lot upstairs for me and one of them even told me roughly how to put the bed together without me even asking. Put the bed up today and it was so easy and both the mattresses (one for new bed and one for another bed I have) are so comfy. The staff in the store were so helpful when I came in to have a look and again a few days later to buy the items. You have a very happy customer who will definitely come again in future.
Love this shop, I have furnished all of my bedrooms with their range, including beds headboards and chaise longue, all of the ranges co- ordinate very well and look classy and more expensive than they actually are, they stock some beautiful mirrors which I have not seen stocked anywhere else and everyone who has seen my mirrors have complimented me. Thanks so much to Gary and Helen for all help , great stock , nice genuine people, if I can find the space I will squash another mirror somewhere!!!😊
We visited Comfort & Style based on a friend's recommendation and we're so happy we did! I emailed to check the opening times and Gary got back in touch right away with the details we needed. What a great company to deal with they're so helpful and the service is excellent. I ordered a single 3' mattress which unfortunately my fault should have been a 2'6" mattress and my mistake was only realised when they tried to put the mattress on the bed but it was no problem the drivers took the mattress back and reordered the right size and made light of it.
I went yesterday (sunday) for the first time to the shop and I was impress with the customer service of ****Chris****, she was FANTASTIC!!! I haven´t buy anything yet but when you get this service you feel you can trust the company, I don´t want to look anywhere else! She advise me and my kids for the perfect mattress and bed.
